All in all, smooth sell-your-handset sailing with updates at every turn, and the price offered is reasonable for a fast-sale service. One slight gripe, though (see below).

Hassle-free process of sending your phone. They provide a Royal Mail QR code, usable at most Post Offices, with 48-hour tracked delivery.
They keep you in the loop. You’ll receive email updates when they get your device, once it’s passed inspection, and when payment is processed.
Occasionally, it would be wise to humble one's expectations when it comes to their promise to pay out on the same day they receive the handset.
